Great and Friendly reception staff and cleaners. Big rooms could do with more power sockets and half the tv channels don't work but that's not a major problem. Good location for local area.
We recently stayed here for 3 nights to meet family. Hotel was very clean and the rooms comfortable. All staff we met were very friendly. Hotel was quiet considering its location.
We were four all together 11 years old and 7 years old. Room size was good even small beds weren’t comfortable. I gave 4 star because shower curtain smelt bad. I put (Top me up) sign at the door to get room cleaned. Apart from new towels nothing was done when we returned. I wanted to give them feedback but no one was at the reception when we were checking out. Location was good. WiFi was expensive after first free hour.
When we checked in, we found some issues with the bedding — the quilt and bed sheet were not properly clean. We informed the reception, and the staff were very welcoming and responsive. They immediately replaced the quilt and even offered us a complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill, which we really appreciated. Overall, their quick action and friendly service made our stay pleasant despite the initial inconvenience.

Stayed here for 4 nights (29/12/25-02/01/26) and we were very impressed. Rooms are very clean, bright & airy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and so were the pillows. All staff we met were polite & friendly. Great local amenities, large car park. Couldn’t fault it at all so thank you Travelodge Glenrothes!
Ours was a Good size room, very clean, comfortable large bed, on second floor, at front of hotel. Perfect for us as a one night stopover on a long trip. Would stay again.
